IMo they are relatively easier to keep compared to powder blue or even powder black as the 2 i mention are notoriously hard to acclimitize and have very bad survival record. IMO with good aeration and good water condition, you should have no problem keeping it. Anyway as mogan says they get ick very easily and yes thats true in fact all acanthrus powder species of tangs are like that.

Yeah prizm can be used in a 3footer as it is rated for 100gallon tank and below but IMHO prizm is more suitable for tank ard 2feet or nano reef tank
