  1. No try not to give wrong infor... hey with 150watt you can keep sps when you place them high up, just that the colour of the acro will turn brown for most cases actually i have one that is changing back to green and also thy will not grow as fast compared to the ones place in >250watts.......
  2. Hey hey do you know that wrasse is not really reef safe and the will attack hard shell invertebrates..... Anyway also hate them when they burrow into the sand causing all the sand dust to fly.
  3. Yup and the smallest one(think is for ard 100gallon) is the suitable one for you.......price wise is $400
  4. No and defiantely no....... Since you want your tank to be almost fully stock with coral, it is very important that you go overskimming to re move those dissolved waste produced
  5. Its not the height on where you place the MH matters but instead it is more of the wattage of the MH, sps need very high lighting to grow and coloured up better >250
  6. IMO, an anemone dying is almost equal to tank crash....... Try to run polyp filter in your sump or any filter compartment
  7. Ah... you mean durian coral aka galaxy coral..... Was thinking was what weekly thread gotta do with the stock of durains at certain place
  8. You wanna give me frag...... hey no problem Oh yah have always been wanting to keep pink bird nest, maybe you could pass me a frag of that
  9. Yah agree Then i will say, "can you pls frag a piece of aiptasia for me??"
  10. quite true!!! Anyway ppl office tank lah, no financial support so cannot invest of better lighting mah
  11. MMM for you maybe can start off with cardinals, dottybacks, blennies or even clowns(those small and peaceful kind)
  12. Well maybe i am sometimes especially undergoing a tiring day after my cca ..... But then again must emphasise, aiptasia do look cute
  13. That should be a simple reef..... anyway theres no way you should keep 3 BT in a 2 footer, not even small ones . IMo witha tank that size, you should not think of keeping any tangs, anyway they are much more nicer and smaller reef fishes out there..... And since its only 1 day, i think your BT are still alive in your atnk squeezing themselves in some caves..... And pls remove the tangs sorry for offending you if i ever did, just that i care for the welfare of the fish
  14. If its a FOWLR tank, why lighting not enough
  15. First you need to tell us how big is your tank and whether it is a reef or FOWLR tank.
  16. How long have they been in the tank and what is your water parameter like
  17. Actually i found aiptaisa rather nice and cute with its flowery pattern, but too bad that it contain powerful sting
  18. hey how big is your tank..... hope you read up more regarding BT, BT can grow up to 1 feet plus abit and that is very big and with 3 bt like yours, only a tank ard 5 feet can successfully keep them happily.... If your tank is much smaller suggest you give or sell away few Anyway i never love tang as they produce tons of waste and thats no very good for a reef tank.
  19. They are like this.... When added to the tank, they take very long time to settle down and within this period they are very stress and when this happen, they always take cover in cervics cave and holes
  20. Blue tangs are like this, they will go into hiding when they were just added to the tank. Give them sometime and you will see them again.
  21. yah yah always wanted to use zooplankton to tempt my anthias to eat, but the zooplankton are placed in a seal up glass bottle and left on the helf of a certain lfs for quite a certain time already.... Now got this, mm can go get them manz
  22. As long as its angel, regardless of species, they are confirm only 50/50 reef safe
