Haven been online lately till today.. busy with my exam all this time....... But... still cheong ###### clam shipment...... Have finally manage to get black tear drop.......

Only thign with chevron is that if it has a injured mouth..... it probably wun survive but the specimen there all have mouth in good condition

FYI...... sl fish are as quality as anywhere else FYI if you dunno... in fact i find that this shipment chevron are the best i see so far cos of many choices.... And FYI i have spot check of chevron and none of them have mouth damage

Most clams do not like strong currect. the only species that can tolerate most is crocea because in the wild they are shallow water clam thus expose to continous current

Nope.. chevron price are liek this, in fact i find their chevron rather nice and reasonable for that good size........

nah... i belive that siline are not so effective snail removal........ Best would be leopard wrasse, but this wrasse are not easy to keep

kole tang come mainly from hawaii....... indo ones are not that colourful

Nah crocea are rock boring clam and the area they live in is very shallow thus it is natuiral that they require more light than maxima.......... But one word of advice some maxima especially ultras ones require very strong light of ard 400watts.......... Also when buying corceas, choose those that have a piece of rock attach to it, as those without may have byssal damage when collection....... BTW all clams are not easy thing to keep and if you do want to have them, read up on them first.................

Hmm so its a trend that clams are dying One word of warning.. those that bought clams especially from recent shipment(dun care from which lfs). pls check that your clams are not affected by pyramid snail as i notice recently the clam from new clam shipment brought in some hitch hiking pesky snails...... pyramid snail are very tiny snail ard the size of a rice grain and they are no monster to be mess with......... Treatment is none and only biological method of removal through using certain juv coris(clown coris is the fish i have lots of success with) or leopard wrasse

haha thanks....... i really need them to add life, anthias need to be fed regularly and tats is somethign which i can't do cos i have schooling........ BTW feeding means extra bio- load..........
