  5. its true that bristle worm should not be remove unless its very big.... they are excellent dertivore and scavenger so theres no reason why you should remove them... some ppl say the attack fishes but have they really withness the attack... usually is when the fish is already dead and the worm is feeding on it thus that cause the owner to derive at one conclusion.. its the worm that ate and kill my fish.... what should be remove are crabs or mantis shrimp
  6. lugol solution think a few place have.. I know eaquanat*** has them.... sealif** too
  7. yeah but as always a reef is never complete without an angel.... Thats what the reefers in RC says.. I have always reserve a place in my tank for a argi angel or a resplendent angel(my all time favourite and hopefully to own fish) or a african flame back......
  8. yeah...... maybe yours is the very "guai" one..... anyway its been scientifically proven that a angel may be very docile in a tank for a long time from many months to years.. but one day it may just go crazy and start wacking everything.... well on the other hand, some remain reef safe throughout their lifetime Anyway swallow tail species angel can be consider 90- 100% reef safe so i think it should fit well into your tank
  9. its a female bellus angel(Genicanthus bellus) ... belong to the swallow tail species of angel... one of the most reef safe angel species but no guarantee totally reef safe as my friend's golden mask swallow tail started to nip his sps one day out of no reason....
  10. Anyway thsi is one of the american zoo frag that i ask from a fren.... Not as fantastic as the pink one which i got from the shipment
  11. hey will do a update soon soon... hopefully... cos do not have my auntie digi cam with me
  12. Both coral chips and bio balls are quite useless.... nitrate factory after sometime
  13. the white pattern of emperor is more circular and the white patten of koran is less curvy.... price wise.. juv empeorr cost ard 35 and juv koran cost ard 14
  14. they come from many diff places.. mostly from indo, some from fiji and tonga... heard vanuatu does has some rather nice sps too.... for clams.. nice one are from marshall island, solomon island, ant island and a few other places... Nice corals off sinagpore water are very rare.... IMO those corals from singapore are very common and can be found in almost all the lfs at a rather cheap price
  15. eh high price?? not really lah.. most zoos are sold at $5 per colonies unless abit special one which may got up to 10 plus.... But these zoos are different!!
  16. Eh you mean do well in captive or a reef tank..... I knwo for sure if captive, resplendent and argi angel would do much better than flame or lemon peel
  17. yeah... thats rougly the price of an american kind zoos.. when everyone was busy with sps and lps... i was searching for funny stuffs.. found the zoos.... took the first pink piece and happily go home.... these guys are very awesome.... even under 10kk light, the bright pink is there
