I understand your fustration.. I had been thru this kind of scenario not once.

I won't suggest as the paste will breakdown to small particular in the water. This will populate your water instead. Unless you had some kind of feeding kit which drop the lump of paste at time interval. Just like those automatic fish feeder. Then u need to figure a way to prevent the paste from drying up. Another reefing food for thoughts.

Please do not have the wrong idea people are discouraging the hobby here. We are here to promote the hobby in a healthy way. If i don't love the hobby, i would not have reef for more than a decade. Some of the seniors here had been in the forum for a while so they are just giving their 2 cts. Putting anyone down is definitely not their agenda. Neither am I. But it doesn't help much if your first few posts in the forum is all about asking for unused equipments. I'm sure there are many in this forums who will not hesitate to pass on their unused equipment or even sold for a token. They just want to ensure what they given landed on good hands. Personally, i had encountered several people who had taken me for a ride. But i'm not saying u r one of those.

Guys, as much we want to encourage new reefers into this hobby. We also need to be share the "true" cost of this hobby since TS had already indicated so right at the beginning. Be it big or small tank, running cost need to be factor in. It is well known electricity cost had been moving north, so will the maintenance cost. Not putting a damper on the hobby but those who had been in the hobby long enough will have the data when they see their PUB bill over the past years. And not forgetting cost of life stocks, etc had also move north with the ever increasing cost of transport, etc.

I had used it for more than a month now. Unless you soaked the paste in a small amount of garlic drops and let it dry a little. Else the paste will be too wet to administer properly. 1 thing i find it good is you can squeeze thru into the small holes of the rock to entice those fishes like butterfly to peck on them. Something like training them to adapt to the food.

Sorry if i had misguided. I was saying about the shows years back. Recent shows, they had been clearing stocks pretty early. Sometime on Sat already all gone. So go on Sat latest to grab the goodies if they are still available

If i didn't remember wrongly, Re-entry is based on stamp on your hand. Also, in the past few shows, there are lesser product on offer. Unlike the good old days, the exhibitor will bring lots of the same products to display and sell later towards end of show. Look like they are also cutting their costs as well. And maybe they find the market here too small. Just a personal observation and thought.
