  1. Yes. they are closed on monday and wed. Used to only Mon. The operating hours had been updated in the LFS listing a while back. This is constantly updated and will be a good reference prior to visiting or location finding.
  2. Guys, no venustus angel at sealife. They are overwhelm w call on this so try can stop calling them liao. Btw, it is monsoon season now at Philippine. So no collection can be done unless it existing stocks. Got to wait till at least nx month onwards.
  3. SL = Sealife in short. For location and details. You can refer to the "Updated LFS directory listing" under this same sub forum. This is a good reminder to the reefers especially the newer ones who did not know we had this directory. Sorry for double post on same info. They are also close on Wed too.
  4. Lots of casualty I tried the Zeovit one which Larry had some success. But those survive are doing better now. At least no spot or whitish on body. Hopefully all is over now. I had setup my spare tank to house the "newbies" for now as a precaution. Will give the current tank another week of treatment before moving the fishes in spare tanks over one by one.
  5. Think her shop will be having queue daily now onwards..
  6. Sometime it is not people don't want to buy.. it is the opening hours at irene loh.. Many times, i went to PR. It is closed.. Even want to buy also cannot..
  7. Try pinnacle. I saw some few days back. The shrimps are located at the corals tank on the right when u enter.
  8. Fantastic! Remember to show me your collection when back
  9. Lemon, not too sure how you packing the fishes in your luggage. Usually I put them into lock and lock boxes to prevent accidental leaking or bust bags which will ruin your luggage contents. I had been using this way of transportation many times for HK and BKK trips. So far, i can say the lock and lock is very tough and leak proof. and importantly pressure proof too. Happy buying!
  10. Just go for MH for now. You never regret since you mentioned cost of maintenance is not an issue. If you intend to keep SPS all the way to the bottom of the tank.. Try 400W.. if not, 250W will be good enough to sustain SPS placing up to mid water level. When replacing the lightset, remember to place the MH higher for a start and slowly lowering the light to prevent light "shock" on your stocks.
  11. Yup. Lemon is right. It is way off season now.. Try again in Feb onwards.. Unless u got someone in the forum selling..
  12. Many left.. In fact most of the fishes Solo77 posted are still avail as the qty is quite a lot.
  13. Actually there is some rare fishes which excite me.. But pocket too shallow... Also now temp tank.. so better not spend too much.. Btw, folks who are interested in the dracula goby, sunset anthias, etc at very good prices. There is still quite a fair bit left when I left AM in late afternoon on Sun.
  14. No worries.. u r not alone.. I gave it a miss too.. Don't really like the pattern of the fish.. Think I only go for fishes to my liking rather than rareness.. lol
  15. Yup. Tropic Marin is also a good salt too. I suppose you going to use the PRO salt which cost more. You moving SPS? If not, I will stick to current salt if i'm you.
  16. Unless there is a bad experience u had with your regular salt. I won't suggest you change them since your tank had gotten use to the specs. Try to maintain consistency to archieve a stable tank. Just my 2 cts
  17. Rainbow still at the same location there. The smaller unit used to house marine stocks had been given up if you had not been there for years. Now purely FW stocks.
  18. Bro, Thanks for the rocks! Here is what i did. Pardon me if i had "disturbed" your thread.
  19. Bro, africanus angel is larger than 5".. in case u r looking for a small one
  20. Thanks Bro for your compliment. I'm just a normal reefing guy. But i will not go into the "dark" side this time round.. Not until i get my own place...
