I think u mistook the WP40 discussed here to MP40 liao.

Turning off skimmer is preferred as the skimmer will go "crazy" if u don't. So far from my own experience, it doesn't stain the rock like copper does. Like Larry advise, dose accordingly. If u want to be safe, dose around 80% of the recommended.

usually is a sign of bacteria infection. Generally no treatment of medication needed if it is a slight blur. check your water condition for high nutrient. "cleaner" water usually will solve the issue.

Yes, do note the price can differ a lot between the same breed as it depend on the Grade of the breed as well. Don't be surprise if the pricing is few times difference.

Sound like velvet. If can catch the fish out, treat with cooper or paraguard immediately in a separate tank/container. Else if u can't catch them due to scaping,etc and there is no coral or invert. u can just use the medication directly. A picture will be good to confirm the infection. If velvet, it can wipe out the whole tank within a day!

currently i have a pair of red and a pair of purple in my 4 footer for more than 2 months. no money for item 1 u mentioned. In fact, they had been with me for more than 1 year. Moved from my old tank when i move house. My take is that they need to be housed in tank where no fishes is aggressive to them so that they can swim out freely to feed. Good luck in your venture!

A lesson learnt here. Personally If i'm the buyer. I will approach the adult who can decide for compensation if the seller claim he is just a student and have no money. Let the adult know what kind of kid they have! I hate people who try to cheat on innocent people. Worst is using some kind of shit excuse of being a poor student, etc...
