Just sharing my own experience. I have been using RSCP for more than 1 year with supplies from various places like Irwana, C328 and AM and occasionally H2Ocean depending on prices i can get. Only 1 pail has this cloudy issue but i have no issue with dead life stock continuing using it till the sale depleted. I have 3 tanks. 2 Mixed reef predominantly SPS and 1 fowlr. Maybe TS can try to clean the holding tank again once more and see if the same happen. Alternatively, I can pass you some of my RSCP and you mixed it in your holding tank. If the result is cloudy in your holding tank. It can mean your holding tank might have issue, etc. P.S. I don't earn commission from any sales of RS salt. I believe it is good if we can help determine the fact if it is a batch issue or holding tank issue instead.

Bro, try to increase the flow. Usually crumbing of biopellet is due to dead spot or low flow as bacteria built up.

Chances of nipping for Golden is actually quite high. All the best.

If you can't get any and need it urgent. Can try Polyart aquarium if you live at west coz ich can be spread very quickly. Try calling them first to see if they have stock for seachem cupramine. If not seachem ParaGuard can also be use for Ich.

Rainfordi is predominantly a coral eater which is why it is classified as hard. Likewise ornate, bennetti, dusky, speculum. Unless you are ready to regularly buy corals to keep them alive.

For Golden butterfly - Chaetodon semilarvatus, they do come regularly with Redsea shipment. But is seasonal. Do watch out for them as they are limited. You can consider this local version of Golden butterfly chaetodon semeion which is quite nice once stable. Sunburst as in Chaetodon kleini or Chaetodon aureofasciatus? The first one is easy. The 2nd one is for expert level and only come from Australia shipment. Another species which you can consider is Pakistani Buttefly (Chaetodon collare). IMO, this is a very nice fish. They come from 2 areas. Maldives and Indo shipment. The Indo one are half the price but the Maldives one had better coloration if you compare them side by side. Else hard to differentiate. The saddleback (Chaetodon ephippium) is a very nice fish. But it take time to get it to feed on pellet. Will you be considering Chaetodon ulietensis (double saddle) or Chaetodon Falcula. As you go along, you can try out the more expensive one like Declives, Tinkeri and so on. Welcome to the endless WORLD of butterflies!!!!

To be more specific, it is African FlameBack. The most visible difference with brazilian/caribbean flameback angelfish is the tail. Acanthops have clear tail.

Hi, Is your coil titanium or cooper?

Just checking if u run any GFO to remove ur PO4 in your old tank. Do remember PO4 will increase over time unless you run some form of GFO or refugium to export them. I believe your old tank had a case of PO4 leaching from your old live rock. This is one of the common scenario. If you need distill water delivery to your place let me know. I know a honest person doing this. Do note this is for those 5 Gal commercial distill water container you see in offices.
