haha, i believe that many aquarists out there, starting out with the intention of keeping all kinds of marine livestocks... so many of us out there end up buying all kinds of livestocks that appeal to us!

very hard la... most of us got there, would really enjoy watching the fishes and corals feeding... cant bear to let them starve!

wow, seems to me that that everyone is debating on the quality of clowns from CF. Well, i am one of their customers who bought a pair of true mated black perculas from them. To date, my peruclas are eating well, and they are really mated! the male clown always follow the female and vice versa. And they even sleep next to each other during night. (By the way, i don't keep anemone), So the female clown actually brush off the sand and create a warm nest for both of them. Rather unique behaviour. I dare say CF bring in lots of healthy livestock and in huge variety also. As for the price wise, if you think you cant bear to part your $, then don't! At the end of the day, we as customers still have the right and the choice to chose what we want!

hey, i face that same problem with my resun fr as well. but i give my resun fr a shake sometimes, to allow all the trapped air bubbles to be released. IMO, its better not to put in to much media so as to prevent chocking...

What kind of anthias is commonly found in LFS/LFF in singapore? anywhere got sell dispar anthias/evansi anthias/lyretail anthias? Normally, what is the smallest size of these anthias?

i don't think its advisable to do that. marine fishes are not like freshwater fishes. they are more sensitive. By stirring the sand, you could probably stir all up the dust that would suffocate the fishes to death, or even harmful gases build up in your DSB... just my two cents..

i just got my true percula today from CF the $800 pair is really unique... if only i got $...

i don't think there is any filter inside the resun. the best is to filter the water 1st before the water reaches the pump need to drive the resun.
