cleaner shrimps will never eat up fishes, unless yours is not a cleaner shrimp... IMO, there might be something wrong with your water parameters, that's y the clown dies. how big is your tank? depending on your tank size, a 20% change can be a lot of water and this might disrupt your whole tank cycle. pls check your water parameters 1st before adding new fishes...
