no need to off la. once u off your skimmer, u need to let it break in again. not very efficient. if u r afraid that the skimmer might skim off the photo, dose more..

i dun think they are browns la, juz that they didnt clean up the side of the clams, and the lights not very strong, thats y cant see e actual colour... juz give it a shot lor...

Hey guys, Do you people experience irriating loud suction noises when your durso pipes take in water from your overflow box? Mine is very noisy. What does the hole drilled on the side of the top cap of the durso pipe do? I notice that some water is constantly flowing into that hole. Could that be the reason of the noise?
