  2. Hi everyone, is there any LFS be it marine or feshwater LFS that sells a 2ft cube that is ready for a marine tank. preferably with an overflow with holes drill. Price of the tank would greatly help to! appreciate any help here. thanks! Regards, John
  3. sorry i'm not referring to you. i'm actually refering to the TS. IMO i feel that this matter would have been more properly handled instead of exposing his no. and all the remarks made. it would be better if this matter was referred over to a mod for justification. anyway i do realise i have no business in this and my sincere apologies to anyone whom i might have offend.
  4. i would believe NSW is pretty good cos it contains all "live bacteria", calcium, etc etc additives in the optimun level and proportion. how can something natural be harmful? of course there is the other belief tat NSW might already be polluted with wadever ###### stuff. tat we won't know. Btw care to share where u get ur source from? pm if its "inconvenient"

  9. thanks for the input the tank is actually a 2.5x1x2.5 ft tank which means its really quite high standing at 2.5ft so quite worrying tat it will open up like a burst plastic bag
  10. currently have a empty tank sitting in a corner thinking of converting it into a FOWLR. It measures 30x12x30 inches(LxBxH) and comes with 1 centre and 2 side bracing. The thickness of the tank is 8mm and i'm wondering if this tank is able to withstand the pressure of a fowlr tank? thanks in advance regards,

Gonna decom my tank....starting a bigger tank 1.) 2 false clown kinda small but healthy feeds on flakes @ $8 for both 2.) a 4inch anemone @ $8 3.) sand dollar @ $8 4.) 1 green 50 cent sized mushroom @ $15 (pls informed if its overpriced) Btw pls contact via PM colletion at my place in jurong west preferably in the evening.

  19. i am using a lousy 5 in 1 test kit for my matured thank which i wish to convert into a FOWLR tank. Hence i would like to purchase an accurate test kit. I would like to know what are the real necessary test kits for a FOWLR setup. would a salifert phosphate and nitrate test kit is suficient for my situation? thanks!
  20. yup, tat is if u use a pen knife to cut the silicon.
  21. jus to add on, the sump consist of 4 compartment. being 6cm, 8.5cm, 8.5cm, 6cm. you can actually convert the 2nd and 3rd compartment into a refugium if u remove the dividing glass panel. which will add up to a total of 17cm for the refugium. A diy egg crate rack + splash box with acrylic cover will also be included.
