Wow flame boxfish and ornate cowfish... Rarities
Even if one is willing to pay 1K and upwards for the fish there is always the trouble of keeping them at 15-18 degrees ...
Did an impulse buy and got one over the weekend.
Seems peaceful enough and is just crawling around scavenging ....
It was happy enough to molt on its 3rd day in the tank...
I do have some small damsels and wrasses - any thoughts if the lobster will attack them??
Guess consensus is try at my own risk !! ...
Will likely not take risk....
Have a flame angel ... flame wrasse is too expensive so was thinking of adding a flame hawk for the red color.... too bad..
What do you guys think??
I have 2 Tobies which do not touch the shrimp cause my tank inhabitants are very well fed. .....
So it is possible to break stereotype.
Just wondering if anybody has luck
Nodular or Chocolate Chip Starfish do eat corals. In fact I think its their standard diet.
Read somewhere that rule-of-thumb for a starfish is that if they have legs the same width throughout - like Linkias then they are reef safe.
Those with thicker legs at the body extending into thinner ones usually are trouble.
Anybody seen bellus females ??
T95 has nice fans and large regal emperor angels.
AM still has a lot of nice crocea clams , mini blue tangs, sex shrimp....
