  1. Pink zOoS! They started opening after i shifted it higher up. Nearly got buried by my 2 spot goby...
  2. Erm, just a piece of market prawn will do. Small piece with or w/o the shell, doesn't matter. I had enough die offs from my uncured LRs to kick off my ANN cycle so didn't need the prawn..
  3. My nearly filled up tank...just a few more corals to go!~
  4. Side View of my tank, shifted a few corals. The new bubble is HUGE!!

  6. Oh, some cool golden coloured zoos at Reef n Nature...
  7. Flame Angels, Flame Hawks spotted at Ah Beng! Lots of green pearl bubbles at Reef n Nature, Lots of nice suns and a huge piece of cateye bubble...
  8. Normal Sun Coral....hope they'll open up soon...
  9. Haha, congrats on catching the angel....hows the prata doing? Post up some full tank shots yeah?
  10. Haha, nice rocks with all the coralline.... Erm, you do not have to use fishes to cycle your tank. Its pretty cruel, the damsel prob won't die though. Its a super hardy fish. But you'll have a hard time trying to get it out of your tank. Not worth the risk. Use a piece of market prawn or something....

    ZOos

Its normal...they are supposed to be like that.....you'll have to start worrying when they don't open...
  12. Hrmz, most angels are not coral safe....always wanted to get a flame but scared.... Anyway, great that you managed to trap the fish....selling it?
  13. All corals will expand when the conditions are stable. So unless the coral has been in the shop for long and has already settled down, it'll expand once it gets used to your tank....
  14. Ermz, you mean you added tap water to try increase your salinity level? Btw, if you did, don't! Tap water by itself has a salinity of ZERO. Adding tap water to your tank will only cause your salinity to drop even further. And oh, usage of some anti-chlorine is advised...
  15. Hrmz, maybe you could provide your tank size so we can gauge how big a chiller you need?
  16. Erm,totoro, did you measure the salinity of the 5x 1.25L of water before you add it in the tank? The salinity should be higher than whats in your tank. Otherwise no matter how much you add won't help. How big is your tank?
  17. Btw, pretty curious how much this tank cost you? Im pretty interested in getting one like that, but for freshwater, prob with a bunch of neon tetras.... Hrmz, the 5ft is inclusive of the black trimming?
  18. Agree with hondaker...its just like a jbj nanocube, hard to add all the extra equipment w/o spoiling the look somewhat. But yours is even more of a challange. Maybe you could ask alantis for advice since they made your tank? Or you could go to this shop at the basement of TM, they have this kind of hang on the wall tanks too. Maybe they'll be able to advice you better. Think you are the 1st person to have such a tank here. Looks kind of cool....
  19. Hrmz, not really...they are all around the same i guess....maybe just abit more. Generally still ok i guess...
  20. You could use some phos removal product like ROWAphose to lower your phosphate level...distilled or RO/DI water helps too....if you are overfeeding, it will increase your phosphate level too..
