  1. Haha, thats true. But those prices are just peanuts to those super rich people out there. Wonder if there'll be anyone crazy to buy them if they were really avaliable. I might get a T rex if it can fit in my 3ft tank....any mini sized specimens?
  2. Nice tank....can you Pm me where you got the tank from and how much please? Thanks!
  3. Haha, yup....read up abit....borrow some books. Fishes are hard to resist once you have your tank up and running...
  4. Erm, they are one of the most hardy fishes around. But of course you'll still need to get your basic water parametes right. Otherwise your hermits won't survive too...
  5. My PQs faded away after 2 months, started dying off 1 by 1. The blue eyes are totally different and super daring, totally agressive during feeding time.
  6. Ermz, actually there are some very hardy fishes you can try as a beginner. Chromis and damsels are a good start....but damsels might terrorise any newcomers you introduce after it has established its terrority.
  7. Hrmz, thats somethin i seriously do not know. But how big is your tank going to be? Planning to put LRs in it?
  8. Doubt thats seriously for real.....haha, nevertheless very interesting.
  9. My yellow ones are catching up....opening much bigger than before.
  10. Looks like Super Suns?!~ Nah, its just my normal ones opening happily...
  11. Mini Ultra Maximas, Croceas, XS and L sized BTs, S size sailfin, S size Brown Tang, M sized ABTs and a couple of seahorses spotted at AM.
  12. Just for you....hrmz, next time buy clams must put them in a normal glass tank before buying. Totally different colouration from the top and front
  13. Hrmz, internal sump and refugium means ??? Those tanks with additional compartments used as sumps/refugium? Erm, my wall cant fit in a 6ft tank.... Im kind of planning for a SPS/LPS/Softies only tank.....with maybe 5 fishes or left. Find corals easier to take care of than LS. Maybe im just lousy.....
  14. Hey there!~ Your tank has lots of potential....get your water parameters correct and soon you'll be able to add more corals....that'll definately make your tank more lively.
  15. Erm, its stated there for tropical fishes only? So i think its not meant for marine fishes...
  16. Haha, don't be so humble....you are much more dedicated to your tank than i am. I LOVE the Ultra Crocea in their display tank..... Anyway, heard you upgrading soon....how big a tank are you looking at? Maybe i can use yours as a guage when i wanna upgrade...
  17. Erm, lazy to....LOL....better not say that (the race thing), we might get flamed. Haha, kidding, but you never know, there are very sensitive people out there... Was deciding whether to get the ultra maximas last night, but in the end decided they were too small...
  18. Haha, if you are quite a regular, just ask for permission. They won't stop you.... But, theres really nothing much back there too....
  19. Using back sand and LRs from your aged system will shorten your cycling time since there are beneficial bacteria in them already. But how long cycling takes depends on how much new LRs you add in too. For me, i'll cure my LRs in my old tank 1st, after removing everything first of course, the amt of die-offs from new LRs is simply unbeliveable. Dirty my clean clean sand....
  20. Hrmz, are they still alive as in did you managed to keep the bright green colour?
  21. Please post some pics of the ultra maximas please? Their size?
  22. Pm me how much you paid for such a setup? Im interested to upgrade to a 5 ft. Thanks...
