If only i had the money. Haha. Well, thats a dream i have to keep for the future. Just hope its not gonna be too far away. How about you? Setting up a new one anytime soon?
Yup...they are croceas, they are about 1 1/2 FT away from my light source on my sandbed. Was assured that they would be ok when i bought the lights, till now...they have not shown any signs of deteriorating. How deep is your tank?
Hrmz, bubbles are best kept to themselves. They are one of the more likely to sting LPS. You can put different colonies of bubbles together though. Oh, the clams do look pretty close, will try shift them aprart a little this wknd.
Hrmz, i have not had any fishes chopped into pieces by my SEIO before. Had 1 or 2 fishes stuck at the intake area before though on my HOB filter during my nano days.
Hrmz, thats gonna be real expensive. Know a few reefers who have more than 1 tank at home though, really admire the effort they spend to maintain them.
I guess theres nothing much you can do. Just keep your tank monitored for the next few days and if it didn't get injured during your rescape, it should be alright. Good luck.
Erm, what kind of unusual behaviour are you referring to? Mine is just swimming around waiting to be fed everyday.
Hrmz, Live Aquaria says they like medium to strong flow. I have a few pieces i my tank. They are doing well in both the high and low flows area. Its quite an easy coral to keep in my opinion. I guess the higher flow might help in preventing algae growing over and covering up the polyps.
Hrmz, there are still some small(approx 1" to 1 1/2 ") Ultra Maximas left at AM. Other than that, don't think any LFS has shipped in clams lately. im looking for nice coloured specimens too.
Haha, in the about 4 months i had my fire shrimp, i think i saw it less than 10 times in the open. Even then, it came out, scopped up some food and scurried back into the rockworks again.
