  1. Front View with MH on....hate the shadow caused by my center bracing...have to find a way to remove it....
  2. LoL....don't worry, it's prob just curious. Or maybe hes hungry?!
  3. Anything from 400 to 450 is fine....sometimes its not so advisable to add too many additives. If you still find it low, there are lots of additives that can increase your calcium level. Any LFS will carry some of this products. Just ask around....4
  4. Am has quite a few to choose from, healthy specimens....should not cost anything above $20.
  5. Aquapharm comes in part a and b only. According to the instructions, does part B at least 30 mins after A....
  6. Ultra Maximas spotted @ AM. Lots of them....ard 1" in size. ABTs, xS and S sized BTs, couple of sailfins and all the other common fishes.
  7. LOl....haha. Okok...tell me if yours do well. Terryz....i saw them at AM and the LFs at seletar Farmway
  8. Don't worry, they are tough. Sometimes they won't open for a few days. Mine once took more than a week to open fully.
  9. My water temperature hovered around 28 to 29 degrees when i 1st started my tank. Thats without chiller or fan. But with the current hot weather....it'll easily reach 31 or even 32 if i don't have a chiller. Thats gonna be too high for corals.
  10. Hrmz, how many litres is your tank? Do you have a sump? Im running a CL450 for my 50G.
  11. Hows the condition and how long more the bulb can last? Oh, how big a tank can it be used for? Sorry for asking so many questions...im new to UV.
  12. hrmz, i have no experience with those anthias you tried. I've tried 5 purple queens and they all died on me cause they refused to feed. Just got some blue eyes and they are ok till now. They are pretty easy in my opinion, started feeding the very day i bought them. Maybe im lucky and got the easy ones.
  13. Erm, may i know which type of anthias you bought on each of the 3 occassions?
  14. Never seen the blue ones before. Most common are those blue/green types. The common ones should be just $1 a pc. Anything more isnt worth it. Picture courtesy of LiveAquria
  15. Erm, monitor the 2 spot for some time and you'll find them digging holes on your sandbed, at times beside your corals and rocks. Pretty irritating habit i must say.
  16. Iranwa should have some 2 to 3 cm ultra maximas left. Hurry if you want them, these clams are RARE~ Too bad im only using T5s.....
  17. The green ones are hairy mushrooms i believe. I tried them once and failed.....are they difficult? Oh, how much did u get them for?
