haha....peace. IMO, there absolutely nothing wrong with using tap water. And using tap water certainly isn't the cause of the death of any fishes....i've been using tap water ever since i've started and apart from abit of algae, nothing in my tank seems worse off from it. Anyway, just my own opinion....

Yes its a red fromia star. No prizes for guessing correctly though. Its green in colour, quite cheap...just wanna try out before i get those expensives ones.

Erm....im not normally someone who ask people to check for water parameters, but maybe you should do 1 since both fish has died? Do you have any other fishes in the tank? Anyway, the leopard wrasse mght just decide to pop out sometime....good luck.

Accordingly to a LFS owner i've spoken to, there are true blue and yellow gonios. And he claims that his are real and im inclined to believe him. Where did you see them and how much did they cost?
