Always thought that the long tentacle plate looks kinda scary, but this one has such a sweet color. Just can't resist it. Was surprised that it was still around on the 2nd day after the recent GO shipment.... Guess the reefers were busy chionging for sps and pratas??

Have to sacrifice a lot of reefing $$ to keep them in childcare. Then can have time to play with fishies. Got a bit of a scare on Sat. No.3 rolled down the stairs. Other than a couple of bruises on the forehead, he seems ok... Hope he didn't do much damage to himself. Either the maid or more likely the eldest left the bedroom door open when he slip downstairs to get something. The little one tried to go down after him, and slipped. Anyway, when u set-up your tank, do let us know. Can pass u some stuff to help you kick start the process....

Anything but an anemone. Any suggestions? Got a small octo and hammer at the back of the tank, but he doesn't seems to be interested in them. Was tempted to get an anemone, but the thot of it moving and might get minced up by the tunze is just too horrifying....

Long time didn't update. Just a fts. Finally managed to place most of the pratas in the tank. But the true prec decided to use one of them as a bed and is causing the prata to have some bald patch.

Good u remind me. Almost forgot about them. Was busy looking at the tanks, to see if anything major happened. Think the peppermint shrimps have not been doing their jobs. The apitasia's still there. Spotted another 2!!

Thanks! I hope they ate the aiptasai too. Didn't see the thing on the rock anymore, so I release all the shrimps into the main tank. 2 on each sides which I saw the aiptasia. Hope by the end of the week when I come back from biz trip, there'll be no more aiptasia.

Does anyone know how long does it take for the peppermint shrimps to react to the aiptasia? I left a small rock with an aiptasia on it with 4 peppermint I just bought from Irwarna in a betta box. Stood there for a good 30 mins, nothing happening leh... Anyway, keeping fingers crossed, that when I go back in the evening, it'll be gone. Anyone with experience with the peppermints, pls advise. Thanks!!
