So colorful. Those SPS are gorgeous... Wld be nice if that giant anemone cld move itself inner the LR and face out hor...so tt we can have a better view of it and it's kind of blocking the front view.

Yup, could be a pistol shrimp also. Anyway, l caught mine after removing half my tank LR. Seems to me the only and best way as the bugger was always hiding. l just lift up the final LR where it is hiding in. Since yours a nano tank, shdn't be hard to remove the LR right? Just got to rescape loh...

Realised tt you have pbt too. Since they're super ich magnet and they are now still free from ich, i guess tt yr water parameters shd be still ok. Since the newbies dare not come out to feed, you may want to consider: 1) taking out the bullies first and house them in yr sump or betta box if you can catch or 2) re-arrange the rockscape to remove the oldies' terrorities and put everyone in the same stage or 3) use mirror method to ease the aggression of the oldies... Wish you luck, bro. Maybe can post a pic for us to visualise?

Hey Lum, And when you do really give up corals and go for angels, later she may come back and ask you to bring back the corals l once removed all my meaty corals to have angels and then later my CFO says last time with those corals like nicer leh... Like most reefers, l also envy tt you have a supportive GF who is actually interested in this hobby. Actually those LR in yr sump have pretty nice shapes and sizes for scaping. Why not have them in the main tank instead and leave the sump empty?

seems to me tt it's a sign of many free swimming ich parasites in the water trying to penetrate thru the fish protective slime coat. The parasites cld be from the two newly introduced fishes. as for the food, as Bro Fishtalk suggested, red bamboo is one that most tangs cannot resist...

A convict, clown or kole tang wld be nice too...offering a different coloration and pattern to yr tank.

Certainly not SPS for my kind of temp. l'm keeping softies like leathers, mushrooms, starpolys and zoos. For LPS, l have the more hardy ones like bubble, brain & plates.
