  6. IMO, for algae blenny, if yr tank is small with little LR and without anymore algae, best for you to give or sell it to another reefer before it starts to get thinner and thinner and eventually die of hunger. Not point training as i think blenny is very difficult to be trained to take frozen food or pellets.
  7. You may want to try this method also. Simple and no harm trying. This is how i used to catch my damsels. (p.s. May not always work) 1. Put flakes (which float on water surface) at one spot where there's no LR nearby the water surface 2. Position the fish net near the tank top edge and water surface (but not too close) 3. Forever hungry damsels will swim up to the surface to eat 4. Scoop up (must be damned fast) the damsel using the net as swiftly as possible while it is coming near the surface to eat or just reached the water surface for the food
  8. You may want to consider hermit and turbo snails. But whatever cleaners you are buying, pls avoid cleaner wrasse cos most of them died in our home tanks. Best to leave them in the ocean to help clean other fishes.
  9. IMO, i wld recommend cleaner shrimp than cleaner wrasse as this particular wrasse's survival rate in captivity is extremely low. There aren't many successful attempts to keep this fish by reefers. Best to let them clean other fishes in the ocean.
  10. Red slime is also called cyanobacteria. Here it is for more info... http://saltaquarium.about.com/cs/microalgae/a/aa092800.htm Hope this helps.
