Cycling ur tank is not only bout e water parameter. 1st-: to check wherther ur equipment are werking. 2nd-: to check wherther ur setting is rite. 3rd-: to check ur liverock for pest. 4th-: to made adjustment if necessary. Imo, wat u can do is get a liverock from reefer n jus buy nsw. Go for barebottom. Let it run for 1week n c how it go from ther. Hope tis help bro...

Update on my tree coral. It has open bigger n more poly r growing. E color also change from black to green. Terry, is tis how it suppose to be or is it sign of it goin to rot??? 

Tis happen to me too. From purple death become white death. I dunno wats e reason. Wat i can think of is e sudden change of lighting.

I agree wit e bros here tat ur lighting is not enough for ur tank. Since ur budget is tight, only one solution for u. Do a better scaping n plan properly for ur comin coral placing. Those demanding one must be direct under e light n those tat dont demand so much light can place at e side. I believe wit gd scaping n right coral placement, u can do wit jus 1set of lighting... Hope tis wil bring ur moral up to do a better scaping... Lol

Hmmm... Sori to say tis. I don feel tat scape suite ur tank. It look normal. U got an high end custom design tank wit high end equipment. Hence ur scapin should be high end scapin too. Hehe... Try to make a trademark for ur scaping. For example, when reefer came to my hs, they noe my trademark is tree scaping. Same goes to u. In future when reefer go to ur hs n they will say " tis is a hign end tank wit high end scaping"  Anyway tis is jus my opinion. Don take it too hard. No offence ar bro. But end of the day, if ur hapi then so be it... Hehe...  But i noe u can do better scapin... 
