Just to ensure everyone is enlightened. water evaporation is what cools down the tank, so little evaporation means less cooling down. kit in your previous post you didn't explain still why your fans can cool down yet with little evaporation. plus you said "Commercial ones are either noisy or not efficient. Efficient ones cause lots of evaporation. " So by this you mean your fans are efficient, but then efficient = lots of evaporation but then your fans cuz little evaporation? duh?
