I cant give good advice on this.....sorry...but i think nicky has a good suggestion.... Personally.....calm your wife and not let her be too overly concern and upset about the issue....a happy and stress-free mommy is very impt to the baby. I am really concerned about her and the baby...... keep it optimistic and go on her maternity.....bad timing to worry about this.
