  8. Have 1 frag each of Ice Fire Echinata and Purple Tip Loripes frag for sale. 1. Ice Fire Echinata frag (about 1.5 inch size) $50. Very intense blue tips under 2 wks of ATI Blue plus. Pic just taken using hp with flash, couldn't show the intense blue tips in the pic. View to appreciate. 2. Purple tip Loripes (multi branch 2 inch+ size) $30. Pic of mother colony just taken using hp under white+blue T5. Tip is purplish blue, body is greenish yellow with purple coralites. Again, pic taken with hp doesn't do justice to the true colours.   9. Yes u can use those granite rocks from freshwater tank as base for clams. I used that previously also cos it's easier to get flat pieces for the clams to sit comfortable on.

  15. I got mine from Plaza Singapura Daiso, at the planting section. It's those black plastic mesh, just file it rough and u can use it. I bought the file from Daiso too to roughen up the plastic mesh.

  19. WTS a big piece of coralline encrusted FIJI LR from CF. Rescaped my tank and letting go of this piece of FIJI LR from CF. Very nice shape, able to stand as a tower or lie on it's side to create an "island" by itself. Height of LR when standing upright is about 11inch. LR in my tank for about 1.5years, fully cured and pest free. THere's even a big tubeworm growing out from the LR! (as shown in the pic) Selling the piece for $40.   20. I've been using HOB overflow box for about 2 years. So far no problem and happy with it as my current tank doesn't come with drilled overflow holes. Imo, the air-pockets will only be formed in the overflow box if the return pump is too weak. Then, the bubbles entering the overflow box will not have enough movement to be sucked out of the box, causing air pockets to be formed. I'm using an adjustable return pump. When i adjust the flow too low, i can see air pockets slowly forming in the overflow box. Once i adjust the flow slightly higher, I can see the air bubbles all get sucked away from the box. So it's important to match your return pump flow with the overflow box capacity. Getting too big a box, without a strong enough return pump will cause air pockets to slowly build up.
