  1. Because of mine over skimming and overgrown macroalgae in Refugium, I dose 6 drop of Tropic Marin Pro-Coral Iodine every day. (That's is double dosage for mine tank size) Dont try this on ur tank.... I use Seachem Reef Buffer, Seachem Reef Builder, Seachem Reef Ad. Calcium, Seachem Reef Ad. Strontium, Seachem Reef Ad. Magnesium. Didnt try Purple up.
  2. whoa.. k.. can teach use how u maintain ur tank's coral without a CR and the Coraline is growing like mad... and how u also maintain the ca level in ur tank... Like what product u are using to top up and how many times? Also how many type test kit u use and times a week u test ur water? I maintain my PH, KH, CA and MG stable and PO4 at 0. As long as u maintain e above plus adding iodine, provide water current. Coraline will grow. The Coraline flower u see, started 2 years ago, since then, I didnt place any coral on it and occasionally clear the settled particles. Initially (without SPS), I test e water every 3 day with Salifert test kit. After some time u will know the routine and know how much to add to maintain the water even without testing. Now(with SPS), I test e water every week and calculate and plan the dosage for 1 week.
  3. No. This picture was taken at night, after lights off.

  6. Usually sell in big colony, but very xpen$ive. I wanted a small frag too, where selling? Heard they grow fast.
  7. Dont worry, in the ocean there are more particles. Water quality more important. However, if u keeping SPS, particles will block away some light.
  8. Acropora lokani Hope I am right on the ID. Link
  9. hehe... why my nick in ur statement? I dont get wat u mean? Do u mean u offer more then $150 but was rejected? Seeing from the picture, i totally agreed with u that it is an unique prata. The LFS selling price i quoted from my previous post, is wat i know for a normal red prata.
  10. hi, Just pm him sincerely the price u think it worth and ur pocket can tarhan lor. I know its a difficult decision for u, especially when not so sure of "market value" in LFS. A rough guide: Normal bicolour (red & green) prata LFS selling $80 to $150. cheers Jack
  11. Just pm him, tell him u will pay $500 for it. I am sure he will not waste ur time.
