I am using the aquapharm pH 8.3 buffer. seems like not effective. maybe will try seachem.

NO2 is 0, NO3 is 10 and NH4 is 0. The pH is a bit low at 7.9. Temp is around 25 to 26. Is the pH causing the problem?

kueytoc, how to frag? saw the branch away? Reefaholic, water condition is okay only the nitrite raise to 0.25. maybe due to dying of shrimp and fish.

After two days away from home, came home and found blue sponge became white sponge. My one branch of frogspawn also melted. Firefish died, clown fish MIA and one cleaner shrimp died. Cynrinas don't seem healthy. Jewel not fully opened. Is the blue spnoge resposible for all this? should i remove or keep?

so should i leave the sponge or leave it?

Last nite measure again the pH it seems like 8.0. Becos i not using digital pH have to guess whether it is 8.0 or 8.8. Maybe should go and get a digital one. How much does one cost? Really hate to guess the color every time.
