It moves in search of a better location. If it decide to settle behind the rock you shall just let it be. Plucking it out will only further stress it and kill it faster. You shall improve your light/ flow/ water.

How big is ur tank? Does it has enough food for long run?

Would it be micro bubble from skimmer? Turn off ur skimmer for half an hour and check is the bubble getting less? Else try increasing ur flowrate.

Bro instead of planting seed on rock. I suggest u try this method: Take a small mineral water bottle and cut it till 1/5 of base Put some coral chip or frag disk in the mineral water bottle Put ur seed on or in bewteen the coral chip or frag disk. Put the mineral water base at a low flow area of ur tank. If u want u can cover it with fish net. Wait for the seed to attach themselves I intend to frag my toolstood using this method after i clear up my space.

bro, once you see the white skeleton in sun coral, it has starved way too long. Since these few days are PH, wake up in the middle of the night and see whether the sun coral is open or not. if it is, then feed it daily till it recover and show some meat. FYI, this is how my sun looks like at 3am.

99% of sun coral wont open in LFS one. By the time they settle down they are already in someone else tank...

Nice SPS growth bro. Just to share from my exp of multipy trips away from tank. i find it safer to dose half and feed half when main care taker for the tank is away. This allows more buffer for whatever accumulation of whatever. A missing fish or fallen coral or dying coral couple with unfinished food/ unutilized trace element over weeks can end the tank in a really headache position when no immed attention is avail ah.

Reservation should be honoured if order item fit or closed to the ordered LS. if i order a flame angel and the LFS delivers me a torn fin stomach shunken one, of cos i have the right to reject it loh. The spirit of lemon law ah.
