Trying to DIY a dual tube T5 lights set. Can find water proof endcaps, e-ballast easily but it seem that no LFS is selling the casing to put the e-ballast and wires. Any bors know where to get it? Thanks

Try feeding them New Life Spectrum Non medicated anti-parasites pellets. It may help to build resistance. I bought mine from Reef Depot showroom in Sing Ming. Friendly warm service from bro Seet.

Hi, wonder if any bros use airpump to drive air into the marine tank like in freshwater fish tank. Been asking LFS and get differing views. See some LFS using it in their showtanks with fish and corals. Look kinda nice except for salt spray. but some say it is bad for corals.

I learnt this many years ago. The shells will fall to the bottom. Take a syringe to suck out all those that is swimming around and put into a new container and bubble. Hope our bros can confirm ya.

You have the tank for 1 yr. If no new LS added recently, then when was the last time u changed water? Deterioration in water parameters stresses fish and ich will qucikly take advantage of their weakened state and start to their assault. Especially if you have many LS in tank. Good luck bro.

PM all replies liao. My 2 PBT are the same size. One is in a basket while the other swimming freely in the tank and it takes a "keen interest" of the bro in basket. Wonder any brudders and sistas have success in keeping 2 PBTs in one tank.

Decided to break the seal to calibrate the meter. Put in 7.0 solution showed 6.8-6.9. Touched the dial only and it showed 7.0 After calibrating now showing 8.3 up from 8.2. I read some high level of detritus caused by fish poo-poo and unconsumed food, dead LS will cause PH to drop and hard to maintain. Thanks to all bros for your advice.

Thanks bro. I just started to drip another 4 teaspoon. Hope to raise it to at least 8.2. Have Seio 800 and Seio 600. Yah thinking of increasing flow may help. Thanks for your advice.

Once again need some advice from the expert bros Bought a PH monitor put probe in tank meter showed 7.7. Added Kent Marine KH buffer 3-4 teaspoons mixed with water. After added twice over 2 days it raise to 8.1. However, addded 3 more times (same dosage) but still at 8.1. Any bros know the reason? Mine is 5x1.5x2 ft. Fish with corals. With a 3ft sump, H&S skimmer, Rowa phos, PureII and Polyfilters.

Any one selling? 2 or 4 tubes also can. 4ft or 5ft also can. Brands like DE lightings or AAP, etc also can. Thanks!
