I am getting sand straight from LFS tank and live rocks and use salt mix water for my new nano tank. I have a GSP and mushroom can I put them into the tank tomorrow after cycling for one day?

Thanks bro. Actually the redsea skimmer would have been just nice and neat hanging from behind but the inlet arm is slightly too short to cross the IOS

Redsea skimmer wont fit. Anyone can recommend a good skimmer for OF 34L nano space tank? Can Tunze 9002 fit? Thanks

Have the following items for sale: 1. Redsea Prizm Pro Skimmer with all accessories e.g. surface skimmer attachment and filtration media cartridge basket for carbon. $120 2. Tunze nanostream 6025 with box and instruction manual. $65 Both are very good condition because used it for a few months before decomm tank due to overseas posting. Now back and starting a nano tank which is too small to use these items. Both items bought from AM.

With NSW can I transfer mushrooms and GSP into the new tank on the same day I setup?

Thanks reef garden for your advice. I believe u r absolutely right. Have stopped reefing for a few years and realized small tank is not as easy as I thought. Anyway, it's the camaraderie in this forum tat makes reefing interesting. Thanks again to all who replied!

No but I will when I get the bigger tank soon. The mushrooms were fully opened in LFS though. Maybe it's due to adding salt mix water. Will try to replace w NSW later and see any better.

Thanks bro. Will learn to upload pic soon. Currently have a 10L tank with IOS with ceramic ring carbon bag poly filter and stock sponge filter. And air pump. Started about 2 mths with NSW and daily change 5% with salt mix water buy from LFS. Light is stock led clip on. Have 3 small clowns now left one. Put in GSP and mushroom 3 days ago. Both opened up nicely but today mushroom shriveled. I dosed ocean free bacteria 8000 yesterday cuz two clowns not doing well. Could it be overdosed? Funny thing is I always have this prob with mushrooms even with big big tanks and necessary equipments skimmer and all.

Why does GSP is doing fine but mushrooms shrunk and closed up. It was doing fine for first two days.

Thanks bro for your reply. I intend to keep simple corals only. Although reefing for more than 10 yrs and at one time have a 5 footer tank, I find keeping corals very challenging... Even mushrooms lol !
