Using fan evaporation is no joke.. Need to top up 2 litre of DI water. Water level dropped below outlet water spray is terrible. Salinity also shoot sky high. Wonder whether it will help bring down temp if pump air with wood block like I see in some lFS. Salt spray can be contained with a tank cover. I know bubble will effect sps but lps should be ok right?

Hi Need advice, after washing an artificial rock that was on my old tank with copper mediation, can I use it in my new reef tank? And how come the artificial rocks from GO are hollow but the one I bought is filled with some kind if white hard stuff? Will it cause nitrite?

I am just thinking the IOS compartment of OF 34L tank is so small, if I use an air pump connect to a tube and wooden bubble block put it in the intake chamber, then put filter media at water surface level to catch the skimmed stuff will it work? I know it's not as effective as a skimmer gadget but tank is too small to fit any of the air driven skimmer.

I am using OF nano space. Fixed the dymax fan at the back of tank blowing into the iOS section. I haven't check para but both fishes were doing very well.

The glass cover does not cover the IOS section. I think it is more like what you said prevent oxygen exchange.
