it gets timid very easily..not of my tangs..but actually coz of the cleaner wrasses which seem to chase it... so all the while now and then during feeding time then i can see it taking bites of food....hiding in little caves and dens... but recently did not see it...did rescape of my tank today..also did not see it... i think for a big tank, quite difficult to make it appear very often...especially for a tank with its back to the wall, maybe if you have a tank like a divider, then probably higher chances of seeing it more often... got it around 200plus

maybe can change that to HAD one..lol many weeks since i last saw it already....not even peeping from dark holes/dens.. elusive beauty.....

not too sure...i figure its about a footprint of around 1ftx1ft..slightly less than that..but quite near... veges name i really dunno leh....i just find watever leafy veges in the fridge....as long is green leafy kind i use.... i just instruct my maid to make sure have leafy vegetables in the fridge

yeah.... all the money and equipment we spend on....people can easily see... but all the effort, sweat, worries and wat more....only we ourselves know.... somehow i think people who pass off such statements must be growing vineyards in their backyards but no worries deepblue, if i hear anyone who says that about your tank, i make sure he faces the Justice League

deepblue, i think i get what weileong means.. something like, now and then there will be detractors who will just look at your tank and just make a comment like... "wah liew...nothing great what....all buy one....use money buy the good equipment means like that lor...i also can do that if i put in the same money" somehow some blokes think that money can readily buy success in this hobby.... in fact, i think that the more you dump into this hobby, the harder you fall...coz you got more to lose when things go wrong.... well, detractors always exist in the world

but indeed we did bought our tanks mah.... and every effort in getting our systems going well is priceless... u can dump money in this endless pit and yet do not reap what you expect to see....fishes dying..corals dying...equipment failing on you....stuff like dat... somehow i feel this hobby needs a certain bit of luck

hehe...who never bought their tanks? u mean some cheat or rob banks to get their tanks ah...

seriously, i think we all should standby enough salt and large tubs in case such things happen....at least the corals and fishes can get fast relief while waiting to be rehomed for a short moment before making plans for a new tank or giving up the hobby

maybe put some on the rocks... the rocks look quite bare with not much corals on them must ask deepblue for help on stacking corals on rocks... he really is the man to consult
