this pic was taken on 11 July...if u see carefully...there is a thin line running across the body.....that time when she came, she was wafer thin and even fought several rounds of whitespot... now the fats cover the line already... she seems even more alert looking now

corals maybe still can babysit as long as i can squeeze every possible place to put them... but livestock wise i am very particular....because i am very concerned about cross contamination...especially when it comes to stuff like whitespot... in fact i am willing to help a fren babysit deepblue's black tang before he takes over because deepblue's black tang is very seasoned and no visible ich...otherwise i wun offer also..hehe bo bian lah....now my tangs rather healthy, steady and settled down...have to be more strict about such things

your blastos i not too sure...coz my current quite strong one...too deep for me to target feed them also...hehe..in fact i quite scared they dun open big due to the current.... as for the black tang..heartily eating away...4-5 times a day.....pellets and mysis

erm....wanna talk about fat tangs ah best is when you first got the tang is slim slim and then u watch it gain weight....that kind of feeling cannot describe in words one....

at first after proper aclimatization, i put deepblue's one in without separation...my existing black tang chase after his one....and then my jewel tang chase my black tang....all went berserk...trying to re-establish the hierachy again i guess... so bo bian...in order to be responsible to my fren, i better isolate it and ensure a non-injury introductory session...at least for the next few days....well it's eating pellets in isolation already... deepblue, wat else does it eat?

if u die die want to maintain your reef at 26deg....then you may be better off buying the artica/daleil chiller and let your atman be the standby chiller

yah.. more accurate to use volume % difference and compare with price % difference... calculate both chambers Pi x R x R x h to find out the volume ...if u want to be more precise...take into account the base boxes below the chamber also... for other things like workmanship quality...not easily quantifiable....

if i were you, i just hit the calculators to see which one gives me a better deal... eg. 6inch chamber A ----> 8 inch chamber B = ? % increase height of A ----> height of B = ? % increase/decrease price of A ------> price of B = ? increase/decrease do some manipulations and u will know which one gives your more bang for your bucks of coz there are other factors like workmanship quality....quality of materials....goodwill discounts....blahblahblah

weileong...u saw my sohal chase the sailfin right? so small yet so fierce the only tang that the sohal never disturb is my AT..... strangely my AT doesn't go around slashing everyone to prove his dominance...
