actually u can just use a normal table fan to blow into your sump lor....i got 3 sump doors..i close the middle....the fan blows into one door and air comes out of the last door....

sim lim tower sells many sizes....those AC type fans....very powerful... looks just like the bigger versions of those computer dc fans

add a fan to blow the hot air out .....definitely helps....

yeah..using 150W MH, definitely hot lor....but i always open my cabinet doors at night to ventilate with a fan somemore....encourage evaporation, so that chiller work less hard and can replace with more kalkwasser....

basically what you do is to put a few drops of water at 1.000 level....distilled water best....at the flat portion and then u look and adjust the white line with a screw driver given to 1.000 level and then you drip your tank water on the flat portion next and then read off the white line...the white line would have moved up to 1.02something level... in my case, the tank water read 1.023 .....but previously i have been maintaining at 1.020- 1.021 by the coralife deepsix hygrometer... there is a 0.002 to 0.003 difference in readings...heheh maybe i am just bo liao pardon the drawing....the line divisions have numbers in the real thing...too small to draw out..paiseh

actually from what i noticed, generally, i mean generally, those irresponsible acts or disappearing acts tend to come from those who are very new here....meaning not much posts...maybe just *suka suka* register a nick here and dun feel paiseh to do this kinda pranks no offense to those really sincere new reefers....but maybe those reefers selling things should take note when such new reefers approach them to buy the stuff of coz there are older reefers with many posts who would do such things as well....and there are new reefers with not many posts that are responsible.... but generally, this is what i observe

instead of bioballs to break up the water, maybe can put a foam nozzle i.e. beckett, will make it much better more fine foam surely..

hehee.... hmm...actually both are quite alike, the evansi having a more obvious yellow portion whereas the female tukas have less yellow portion.... both are equally *hard* to feed, as felt by many .... but for the price, to stock in a school, the tukas are a better choice
