if it is still sticking to the rock despite you scraping it slowly, means still alive. probably you can leave it to recover or regenerate on its own....anemones have very impressive regenerative abilities....if it was in your tank for some time already, it should be able to recover.. but nonetheless, if your immediate priority is to get it out by hook or by crook...this is what i suggest... wrap an icecube in a new clean plastic bag.......and slowly press it along the foot... the foot will release its grip slowly what you dun want is to expose the anemone tissue to direct salinity of the ice....but you just want the coldness to dislodge it for removal....even if the ice melts in the plastic bag and gets into the water, dun worry, it wun dent your main tank salinity give it a try....forcefully scraping it may tear the anemone instead.
