towards end of day 3.. really 3 slices..but slices 1 and 2 slowly patching up at the roots

i always love carpet anemones..especially those blue/purple variants... but sadly they are one of the most prolific fish murderers...till now haven't kept one...just admire them from afar upz for you...fellow sengkie (me from rivervale clan )

wah..very nice!! i always like the pinkish petals more than the whiter ones really nice..and not to mention the cool weather there when it happens... cool or cold doesn't matter....i just dun like high temperatures

i also agree he close it since it's already 200plus pages already...really due for some springcleaning inside also....which was why i asked boss AT earlier if i could have thread-specific priviledge to tidy up the posts inside my own thread....but can't be done...hehe i also have problems looking for sections of my own thread...can't remember which page my clams spawn, which page has my skimmate shots, which page have my anthias schooling....have to search like mad but basically most discussion have been about my tank stuff, new fishes, new equipment, observations of fishes in there...of coz will have chat as well, but all stem out from the new fishes/equip/observation in my tank....so cannot say go off-tangent totally also never swing to talk about keeping dogs...sports cars....soccer in this thread also better go print out all the pages in my thread and bind as a book liao but if really boss AT mind me posting too much...then bo bian have to seek somewhere else as a refuge for my tank on the net lor

tangs, u can easily count from what i mention in here... anthias wise...i really lost count myself i can only say that my 2 skimmers are really worth their pricetags

kidding lah..those colour enhancing pellets may have extra chemicals that may harm marine fishes...i just try those normal small pellets that will not get trapped by the tunze grills can liao haven't heard about the bloodworms though

definitely not making it the main diet...thanks for the feedback on using such pellets...going to get those tiny ones made for luohan..and colour up my fishes?

any major problems feeding our marine fishes with pellets meant for freshwater fish? dun like to see my pellets getting stuck at the tunze grills

this report was discussed in here last year as well...a search would reveal... http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3503&hl= http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=2975 one of the most obvious bias is that the top salts are from the same company ....and i think the company itself paid for the survey by an independent research lab.... yeah...the results are from the independent lab...but u must remember who paid for it anyway, i feel that the choice of salts is not a very critical factor, many reefers here use other socalled *lousier* salts in the reports and have no problems with their reefs....

it was found to be a rather biased report even though they claimed to be objective in their findings

thanks giantbike: i suggest a good skimmer to fiercely oxygenate the water in order to keep them well other than the infamous feeding rituals...no secrets here....they, esp the anthias, live in very oxygen saturated part of the reef...so i try to provide as much oxygen saturation as possible Alfa: i really dunno.....all had their turn chasing him....but of coz the yellow tang is too infamous to be deemed completely innocent also not adding any more fishes to my tank till i upgrade my skimmer in a couple of months time
