Andromache (Hector's wife) Andromache was the daughter of Eetion, ruler of the Cilician city of Thebe; she was the wife of the Trojan hero Hector and the mother of Astyanax. Andromache's father and brothers were killed by Achilles when he captured Thebe during the Trojan War; her mother was spared and ransomed, but died in Troy before its fall. During the seige of Troy, Achilles also killed her husband, Hector, and then desecrated his body. Andromache herself became the slave and concubine of Neoptolemus, Achilles' son, when Troy was captured; her son Astyanax was flung by the Greeks from the walls of Troy. After the end of the Trojan War, Andromache was taken to Greece by Neoptolemus and bore him a son, Molossus, who gave his name to the Molossian people. Following Neoptolemus' death, Andromache married Helenus, one of the few surviving children of King Priam of Troy; Helenus became the ruler of the Greek region of Epirus anyway if they made it a 3 part movie, the first part could have been the build up to the war, explain the characters in greater detail and their involvement in the build up... 2nd part is the 10 year war itself....great details in there...that could probably be stretched to the 3rd part, leaving audience wanting for more like a cliffhanger and the 3rd part to end the war, appearance of Trojan Horse and explain the aftermath of the war, what happened to the characters would probably be able to stick to the original tale much better to please the critics....but then again, perhaps they thought most people would not want to go through a 3 part movie like LOTR, perhaps they underesimated the wide reaching appeal of greek mythology... Remember Zeus, Poseidon, Hercules, Jason and the Golden Fleece? All these i read when i was young, and i din know what is LOTR.. I hope to see more Greek mythology movies....

i think the producers have to work within the constraints of movie time to cut short the plot, let's say they make this a 3 part movie like LOTR, I am sure they will be able to keep to the original mythology better.... but because they decided to make it a one-off movie, they have to make sure certain parts made sense to audience that do not know the real events....and even if they included some real events in the trojan war, it would seem rather incredulous... eg...during the trojan war, Achilles's son supposed to appear and that's not all, he took Hector's wife as his concubine?!? imagine Achilles's son and Hector's wife and this match gave rise to a son And Achilles son's fathered a daughter who will be the mother of Alexander the Great if all the war details are fully furnished, i bet more people will come out of the cinemas scratching their heads...hehe Neoptolemus, also called Pyrrhus, was the only son of Achilles and grandson of Peleus. When Achilles disguised himself as a girl in the court of the king of Scyros to avoid taking part in the Trojan War, he had an affair with Deidamea, the king's daughter, who bore him the child. Twenty years later in the war, after the death of Achilles and Ajax and no signs of victory for the Greeks, the Greeks desperately captured the Trojan seer, Helenus, and forced him to tell them under what conditions could they take Troy. Helenus revealed to them that they could defeat Troy if they could achieve the poisonous arrows of Heracles (then at Philocthetes); steal the Palladium (which lead to the building of the famous wooden horse of Troy); and persuade Achilles' son to join the war. The Greeks made haste to fetch Neoptolemus at Scyros, and brought him to Troy. Being the youngest of the Greek warriors at that time, Neoptolemus' behavior was also the most savage and cruelest among them, often being contrasted to Achilles. Among those he killed in the war were the courageous King Priam, his youngest daughter Polyxena, and Hector's son Astyanax. After the fall of Troy, he took Hector's widow, Andromache, as a concubine and sailed to the Epirot Islands with Phoenix and Helenus. He became the king of Epirus who condemned Odysseus to exile after the latter slayed the large number of suitors at his house. Neoptolemus had a son named Molossus from Andromache, and he is also said to have a daughter, Olympias, who later became the mother of Alexander the Great. Eventually, Neoptolemus met his death either after he later robbed Hermione from her husband Orestes, or after he tried to claim satisfaction from the death of Achilles to the god who killed the hero, Apollo. In either case, Orestes murdered him in Apollo's temple at Delphi, but some say it was a Delphian cult of Apollo who killed him.

actually is it possible to keep most of the water in the skimmer by raising the outlet after the spears gate valve before discharging done again? Just like the outlet piping for H&S or deltecs? i realise that even when i off the pump..the water level only drops to a small level...ie...less flooding of the sump

hehe...coz AP's chromis never seem to stop eating...maybe we can conduct experiment on how much greedy chromis can eat in proportion to their body mass before they stop

if they are always hungry...i believe they would be bold during feeding time...u can try putting those big betta box with side slots removable and drop food inside, sooner or later the adventurous ones will swim in and start pecking...BUT...dun make your move first.... wait till they seem so happy...and after a few days or weeks when alot of them chiong into the betta box for food..you close the slot and trap them... easier said than done, but at least gives you another option than swinging your net in the tank

can one... i am sure you can feed them till they stop eating...u just stand in front of the tank and pour food about a few times their body mass volume and i am sure there will be a point where they stop eating.....and like you said, your skimmer sure no problems.. eg...if you think all the 5 chromis bodies put side by side is about the volume of 2 ping pong balls...then u drop about 5 ping pong balls volume of food for them...if they still hungry..next time drop 6, 7, 8, 9... i am sure there will be a point where they give up eating

then feed more till the chromis had their fill and then they will let you feed your LPS in peace...no problems one lah..leave your chromis alone...only 5 of them...you dun need that much feed to fill 5 chromis till they are full

the *cleverer* malays are the ones who brave hot weekday afternoons and explore the places...that's when they find the good stuff without being distracted by the hustle and bustle around them i seen some perspiring as they make their rounds..... and when they find something nice, it's ample reward for their toil

yeah, you cannot have all the wonders of the oceans in a tank.... clowns hosting in anemones are one of the symbiotic wonders of the ocean, just like the pairing of pistol shrimps and goby...and many other wonders.... if you see the sps reefs in documentaries, u will notice that there are few such anemones, or other stuff around....just metres and metres of sps hard coral reefs....when we try to house everything in a tank, there will be chemical warfare....and they may not grow well... so, cannot be greedy. Know what you want and go for it, dun be distracted

hehe..i dun like to go when the farms are having family carnivals i would feel that i went to an afternoon pasar malam.. besides, alot of nice things would have been sold on weekdays already

since u intend to go sps as one of the main attractions of your reef, it may be better not to try anemones as they may walk around and sting your precious sps...even if you find one that doesn't move, it will grow so big till u can't put anything sensitive near it....and you will waste alot of sps display space... and when the time comes if you wanna remove it...u may have to tear the rockwork down to access the foot where the anemone frequently plants in dark regions inside the rockworks...and this means alot of work if you already have all your sps nicely mounted on the rocks and if it decides to end its life unnaturally or naturally in your tank, there goes your whole tank if the skimmer cannot handle the sheer amount of rotting mass. More so when you are at work and no one to notice if the anemone is behaving weirdly or not but if u wanna try...go with bubble tip anemones like weileong's and mine lor.. mine also never move around since december..but when it starts to split to reproduce, then u will can never anticipate where the new one will explore to... waiting for the exciting yet agonising moment...haha
