Nice but the vantilation for your chiller will be a problem. You'll end up opening all doors for better cooling suggest you open a bigger vantilation hole as big as your chiller in both front and back and cover with black mesh.

Build another cabinet beside tank (the window side) to house the reservoir (higher than your sump so you don't need a pump, just a valve) and chiller(keep it open concept), and pipes from your sump (Drill a hole near lower of your sump where debris usually settle) to the loo. Run the pipe from your tap to your reservoir for topping up.

If you staying East side, you can get it done at Bedok Industrial Blk 3013 corner shop, just behind Changi Fire Station. They usually do one to one exchange for $12 so its almost instant.
