Can this peppermint shrimp be added while tank still under going cycling?

This will be last pics I have for today. My return pipings for chiller and sump. Have managed to put all pump outside of sump to reduce heat so my chiller don't have to work so hard thus will save a little cost on electrical bills. The pump that runs the chiller is still in the sump but not submerged in the water. Made it do the "mission impossible" act, hanging in mid air the inlet facing downwards and the outlet facing horizontal. Has anyone tilt an eheim pump this way? Hope it's ok

Another angle of the pipings. Some parts are glued seal. Some parts using white tape for further mod when have $$$ to purchase CR. By then will place my skimmer in the sump and CR will take up my present skimmer location. No choice but to plan it this way due to space constrain. UV will be relocated but most likly will change to an ozonizer

Thankyou all for the nice comments Will try the hot water method. Read it in haanzii's tread. Cheap and effective. I still have a long way to go man. Just managed to hook up my chiller last night. Attached is a pic of my chiller.

Presently seldom switch on lightings so I'm not too worried about algae. Have installed a UV. Letting my tank cycle for 2-3 months first. Now its in the 3rd week of cycling. Thinking of DIYing one. Have done some research and will try when I'm free. Will post pics if it works.

Me using digital SLR. Canon 10D. A trick when you use non SLR digital to shoot. Put your setting to night mode and shoot with flash. Shoot from an angle. Never shoot directly straight at the glass. Take one without fash but must have a steady hand. Moving things will seem blury because of motion. But if you are using MH lightings I think should be bright enough for your camera to take at faster shutter speed. So far only spotted two of them 1 tiny one and 1 50c coin size. Will remove it before I introduce LSs. But in the mean time will let them live a little longer

Heres another pic of my updated sump and pipings. Took me almost 2 month to perfect the pipings. Original pipings was very basic. This pic is still WIP. Have just finished piping my chiller last night. Will post new pics once I take pic.

Now some updates on my equipments 1) Main return: 1 x eheim 1262 2) Chiller: 1.25hp RR run by 1 x eheim 1262 3) Skimmer: Schuran powered by 1x eheim 1260 4) UV: dunno what Italian brand 2000L/h run by overflow pipe to sump (might change to ozone) 5) Wave maker: 1 x Tunze 6080 (might get 1 more) 6) Lightings: T5 (looking for MH) 7) Sand: Grade 0. Topping up with Grade 1 when I rescape 8) Sump: Bare sump. May add some seaweed with PL light. Future equipments on mind 1) Auto Top up 2) FR 3) CR 4) Ozonizer with ORP controller Live Stocks Non at the moment, still cycling Have plans to keep LPS Attach is a pic of my skimmer

Have spotted these on the LRs. Can anyone ID them?

This pics shows the outlet of my chiller return. Chiller still under going piping stage so currently no pics yet. Will update one it's done.

If take a closer look the LRs are two mountains are hollow. Have did my return to flow out from the " two mountains" so as to have max flow within the LRs run by 1 eheim 1262. Chiller return also run by another 1262 where the outlet is directed directly to the main tank.

Tank is currently going through cycling process. Taking it slowly. May even take 2 months to do that. In the meantime hunting for MH lights. Currently using T5s for shoot. Seldom switch on unless for shoot. Attach some more closer view of my LRs.
