Here are some picts of my recent WIP scaping Pls comment This pix shows my return through 4 pipes in between my LRs hoping to have more circulation. And have top up 4 packs of grade 1 sand on top of existing grade 0 total about 5" to 6".

My coral beauty's lips turned white and seems to have chipped a little. Was infected with ich and has been hidding in my LRs ever since introduced into the tank. Ich looks subsided last night but have since develop the white chipped lips. Will try to fish her out tonite and take some picts. Any bros out there has similiar experience?

I bought 2 too. Day 2 kanna ich liao. But today seems much better already started eating my garlic soaked formula 1 pellet and not hidding much in my LRs liao. Was still deceiding to do hypo or ich medication to main tank. Cross my fingers and see how its doing and than deceide again.

The cost for cutting is as good as getting a new one up. Its is possible but they will normally advise you to do a new one which will cost around $60 to $80 I think. Normal 6mm glass. You can try the shop along Kelantan Road at Rochor area.

Will try to catch the infected fishes in main tank but seems quite impossible because always hiding inside my LRs and not forgetting my bloody heavy 6ft mh lights. Will do whatever it takes to cure my fishes. Tonite will perform mission impossible that is if I can knock off early Any bros out there has a Reflactometer to borrow or sell? In the mean time will prepare a bucket of SW with low salinity for the hypo treatment using the swing arm hydrometer first. Can anti ich be added during hypo treatment. Has anyone tried it? Want to speed up the cycle. 6 to 8 weeks is a long wait and 3 weeks later need to go reservist so very desperate to cure them.

Went down to BO and Sam intoduce me to AquaPharm's anti ich. Was delighted about the simple method and was eager to dose it right when home only to realize that I have to remove my see cuke first. But it's now in my base rock which I have difficulty removing it. Toot of netting my tangs and coral beauty but they too are hidding in the LRs which are even harder to catch. Guess Ill have to wait till the cuke is in the opening. Have tot of the hypo method but will need a reflectometer to get the right reading in main tank which will be very troublesome. Imagine the amount of water change . My tank is about 850ltr. So after much tot will go for medication and changge 20% of water once finish the cycle. Have learn my lesson of "its a must to have a Q Tank! if not buy your fish from reputable LFS who does Q on their fishes. :pinch

Hi guys my blue tangs and coral beauty are facing ich problems. At the moment my tank only at fowler stage. Is it fine to do hypo in the main tank? Do not have a QT yet so have to do in main tank. What 's next after the hypo treatment? All fish are not eating yet. Just intruduced them into maintank 2 days ago. Looks fine when bought from LFS. Was hidding among the rocks and only after I switched on my MH the blue tanks started coming out. Coral beauty still hidding.

Running Rowa Phos in FR and skimmer stopped skimming. So to save electric bill I stop the skimmer for time being. Will take pict once I run it.
