Hi Bro, U may wanna be wary of the led lights, as if i m not wrong, the led pcb board are not waterproof and may cause a short circuits when salt residue forms over time.

Hi Bro, Welcome to the world of marine. Guess the clown fish is much fatter than before? If you are wary of it, I would recommend taking out since without pictures, its quite hard to figure out what type of marine life that is. Morever, there are many more creatures hiding in the live rock. ( I haf a 20-30cm bristle worm hiding in the rock). Most importantly, wear gloves when handling the tank and enjoy this hobby!

In reefs systems, phospates, calcium are monitored. How important are these in FOWLR in the long run in terms of fish health? Are they necessary?

I agree with Zipp86. Previously I had used Aqua medic's product and remember it stating that water change is required after medication as the medication do kill the bacteria and will cause a ammonia spike. Increase the flow and add a diamond spotted goby. Gurantee that the sand bed will be cleaner than newly bought

Interesting .... While many reefers keep them, many of us can't mantain them and it eventually shrinks and dies off .... Clowns can live without them, but if the artificial ones may be real enuf "smoke" them into hosting it, its worth giving a try and we can let real ones live naturally in the sea instead. Let us know the result if you are attempting!
