  1. better to monitor.... problem will arise when both are females...
  2. U can get those from market as mentioned by chtan23. Jus make sure its non seasoned type. Cheap and last very long.
  3. Knead it more with a a little dab of water and let it harden a little before shaping onto the coral. If its heavy and its CG is not centralized, u got to get something to hold on to it while its curing. HTH..
  4. Would like to see how u keep the aggression at minimum.
  5. 4" should cost ard 40-50. I used to have one 80% coloured adult about 3.5", the only one i see in 4 years. But do consider if you are also thinking of keeping other angels since emperor can get quite territorial...
  6. Try feeding it seaweed(those market kind will do..) using feeding clip. Hang the clip using fishing line or something. So far has been working for most of my fish. ( In QT tank only.. where it can recover from transportation / stress).
  7. Anyone going to grab flame angels? Spotted poweder blue anywhere anyone??
  8. Adult emperor spotted at LFS in the east, but dun look like its in a good shape.. No queen spotted either, but u can head to ah beng if u are looking for blueface.
  9. u got to find the root cause.. using tap water? or feed alot?
  10. Saw those at reborn.. The larger once are nice... can't say much for the smaller ones.. I m looking for small size..
  11. If your goby is diamond spotted sand sifter goby, he might be the root cause. This is one hard working fellow. What is the size of your substrate?
  12. I like the sliding door method... Its a good way of trapping fishes also..
  13. As long its an electronic ballast, not the conventional coil ballast, it should not matter that much when talking about heat generation and the flickering of tubes during start-up. Just an equipment converting electricity to a suitable amount to drive the light tube. The main factors are the tube used which generate the quality and spectrum of light and the quality/maintenance of reflectors which channels the amount of wasted light back into your aquarium. Just my 2 cents worth of knowledge. Hope it helps...
  14. yea i saw them too... think stil have ard 7pcs.. Kings spotted at pacific marine
  15. 16. Hi Bro, I was in your shoes a few months back... come to think of it... It is just as rewarding keeping angelfish in replacement of corals, minus off all the extra maintenance
  17. those are harmless.... you can break off the tube which they host on but be careful as u may injure the zoa as well.
  18. yea , and a pack of it last for ages...
