yes..i did quarantine my fish... all fish i quarantine for at least 2weeks with medication before placing them in the main tank... the pioneer fishes are still looking great as normal.. except for my last fish...Powder Brown Tang.. guess its gonna go next... sighs..

purple tangs are naturally aggresive.. each fish has their individual characteristic..guess yours must be the "seek and destroy" type..

hmm..do read up about barebottoms.. its not a 100% proven solution to bring down nitrates... your parameters maybe will have a little swing... yup..but i guess the big display tank shows you know what ya dealin with!.. all the best in the back breaking bare bottom transaction
