if cloudy is the case.. u might want to wait for a day for the water to settle.. wash the filter wool frequently if u are using it.. and try not to stir up the sandbed if u are also having it.. my limited 2 cents advise

firstly..u must decide on what type of filtration method u wanna use.. and what u plan to get out of your sump? few things to take into consideration is -splashing -space for pumps -reservoir for water topups -outlets for your equipments (skimmers,CR,FR etc) this are a few things to consider before you setup ur sump..

feed a variety of food -henry mix -pellets soaked in garlic -mysis shrimp soak in garlic is it ok to use this diet?..or should i stick to only one diet?..i change their variet every alternate days..
