i think cable tie would be your best bet. U can get the plastic hose clamps from Madpetz. I'm using them to secure my chiller incoming/return pipe.

In my opinion, you should get at least a 1/3 or 1/4HP chiller for your 4x2x2. Personally I prefer artica. Commonly used among hobbyists. Replacement parts easy to obtain.
