    All the while I am using Rowaphos. Is it recommended to replace it completely by Bio pellet? Or using both?

    I am using 4 x 4ft T5 and maxspec g2. T5 using 3white and 1 actinic to make it bright enough for the SPS. I have a 4ft tank with 2.5 ft height and 2 ft depth.

    Hi, I have just purchased a bird nest sps to add into the rest of the lps. On the next day , I realize some part of the sps was gone. It seen to be bitten off by something.     My view. Just used tap water to flash through the chiller. There should not be any problem even if some tap water are left in the chiller.

    I mix them with no problem. They even touch each other when fully extend.
