yes. i'm using artica chiller. as far as i understand, artica uses AC fan, hence the 10 w. other models/brand may use DC fan for silence operation. Compressor usage of wattage of any brand or model of the same HP is about the same.

checked with the service guy.. for 1/10 chiller. the initial 15 mins, it will consume 75(compressor) + 10(fan) = 85 watts for the start.. after which the wattage needed will drop once is running.. something like 60++ watt
