Why do some MH ballast have a buzzing sound? Does that mean something is going to happen to it? Do the ballast affect the bulb colour / brightness?

Bro, Everything you say is correct, and your antennas are rightfully up. The ozoniser is there for the interim. It is off most of the time, and turn on only for limited time per week.
