  1. thanks for the information. its really useful. Btw if u want a 6 footer tank for $1500, i can even get that price, but not tt quality. Do give a holler to Geo Aquatic, check with him the price then post on my thread again. cheers.
  2. thanks man. Looking to downgrade to 2-3 footer tank. Selling entire tank set for $1350.
  3. Tank with 2.5 ft heights are seriously killers. i have difficulty doing maintenance as well, hand can barely touch the sand bed. I thinking of downgrading to a 3x2.5x2 feet tank, for easy maintenance and to keep corals.
  4. Just to add, the cabinet is made of chengai wood and tank made of asahi glass.
  5. The market price for 6x2.5x2.5 feet tank is between $2100-$2800 nowadays. i got the tank two months ago from Gerald. Looking at $1400. Extension plug x2 refugim lightings hood cabinet sump all included.
  6. WTT Aqualight 4 ft retrofit with two tubes and two reflectors, in exchange for 150 watt MH.
  7. I can't afford to keep a 6 footer full of corals. so perhaps thought i sld downgrade to like 2-3 footer
  8. All the fishes u see in the pic will be up for sale once there is a buyer for the tank.
  9. Hi guys, once there's a buyer for the tank, i will release all other equipments and fishes. So help me look out for potential buyer.
  10. can view the retrofit from sponsors (Aquatic). There wun be separate sales at the moment though. priority is tank. . follow by fishes and equipments.
  11. bro, since when did u convert to fowlr? i thought u are always keeping corals tank. . fowlr is a lot less hassle, but less satisfaction as well... but its not easy nor cheap filling up an entire 6 footer with corals. .
  12. Get Eheim 1262 x 2 Its about $240, so total $480. Aquabee 3000 might not be powerful enough.
  13. Mate, you need to ask your tank maker to calculate for you. The last compartment muz hold enough water, which means that ur return pumps can't be so powerful tt the water been pumped up is much faster than the water flowing down. i suggest using out-sump pumps such as eheim.
  14. tt was past glory. Kinda miss it though. Still rememeber chionging to lfs during midnight just to secure the nicest pratas. lol.
  15. Take the tankset for $1400. Or Add 2 sets of 4ft retrofit, Eheim pump, laguna 5 pump, sand for $2000
  16. oh yes you are right. . wld like a garden of rics again and some simple corals. .
  17. Hi all, i do not mind exchanging the 6 footer with a smaller tank, but the other party has to top up cash of cuz. Tank specs i am looking at: 3ft length x 2.5ft width x 2ft height 3ft x 3ft x 2ft Most impt criteria is that the width must be at least 2.5 ft.
  18. Hi all, the shovel nose shark passed away for whatever reason. i am thinking of downgrading to a smaller tank and keep some corals. However, in the case tt no one gets my tank. i will just continue keeping the fishes. Reefing is a good hobby, there's satisfaction out of it. Oh, i sold away all my rics already. Think a lot of reefers' rics garden originated from me. Lol.
  19. Not giving up completely. Downsizing to a 3 footer tank. If there's no buyers, i will just continue with this tank.
  20. Temp there wun be any separate sales. Once buyer for tank is confirmed, then i will put up separate items for sale.
  21. For personal reasons, i am considering downsizing or shutting down the tank completely. Therefore here's what for sales: 6x2.5x2.5 feet tank (12mm glass) 4ft x 22inch x 22inxh sump tank Hood Cabinet Pipings High power fan Extension plugs x2 Refugim lightings Tank is only two months old. Built by Gerald. Selling tankset above for $1500 Eheim 1260 (bought less than a week) Laguna pump 5 (2 months old) Aqualight Retrofit set (2 tubes) (2 months old) Take ALL the above for $1900 Just click on my signature to view tank thread.
