I was a previous user of Schuran Jetskim 150. I didn't read thru ur entire 11 pages of set up. Quick qn. 1) Is the skimmer in sump or out sump? Dun be discouraged, results might show after a while

From my own experience, it seems that every time i throw cyclopreeze into the tank. Instead of forming like mad, the skimmer water level tends to drop. This uis the case for both the beckett skimmer and ATI skimmer. If i am not wrong, other reefers did write about the same experience they get when feeding cyclopreeze.

Fired up. Bulbs are replaceable from any hardware shops at $2 for the 20 watt bulb and $4 for the 50 watt bulb. Pretty economical.

I went to Sim Lim Towers nearby to purchase lightings for my refugim. After buying the entire set, realise tt i dun have enuff clerance in my cabinet. Haven't fire before after fixing the entire set. Anyway pictures speaks louder than words. i gurantee bright enuff for refugim tank, cabinet lights, or u can even use it to shine directly onto ur tank. Selling at $45. (I paid a lot more than this.)

Prata, Cynarina and blasto all belong to the same family. . they dun sting one another. However, take note never to put acan next to ur beloved pratas.

I do not understand what's the difficulty with keeping anemones except that they walk ard too much and sometimes end up grinded by the wavemaker? This is what i think u sld so. Get a 2 or 3 ft IOS tank. Use a stronger return pump, so tt u dun have to use any powerheads or wave makers in the tank. This will solve the problem of ur anemones getting grinded. Personally i have 11 RBTA in my tank, no casualities as yet.

Invest in a calcium reactor then dun have to spend money on dosing?

i got too many RBTA, all stick to the liverocks though. boring leh. . so late still not slping. . . .

After services of my tank maker is really terrible. Will not be recommending any more reefers to him from now onwards. . . . . Either he's f***ing busy or after-services doesnt matter once cheque is collected.

RBTA looks extremely nice under actinic.

Spending money is part and parcel of reefing. Take it this way, the more you spend on equipments, the more healthy ur corals. The more you spend on corals, the more satisfaction you get from your tank.

No new additions yet. . . i will prob be on the prowl for more mushrooms, zoos, hammer, frogspawn and gonio. Since its a fowlr tank, u sld go get flame angel and queen angel. beautiful fishes.

dun need queue. . i saw quite a few frags of us zoos at iwarna!! Btw sean, think u need to rescape ur tank to accomodate more corals.

bro, sure this is ur final rescape? For my 6 footer, i scape the tank at least 6-7 times. . lol

btw bro, are u using ozonizer?

Still waiting for my refugim. . no reply from Gerald. Will add a ph monitor and possibly a orp monitor/controller for ozone. oh ya. . . i am definately allergic to handling zoos. Result is swollen fingers.
